Everyone knows the amount of traffic jams in Malta, we've all experienced them. The main cause of these jams are disruption of traffic low and when I say disruption of traffic flow i'm referring to vehicles which are double (sometimes triple) parked/stopped, vehicles which are in the wrong lane and suddenly cross 2 lanes (particularly Marsa) etc... I would like to see harder penalties for infringements that cause disruption in traffic flow.
