Substance abuse is a major problem & should be tackled & dealt seriously. Drugs not only destroy lives but increases our rate of stealing, killing etc. The victim is not only the person using...friends, family members, girlfriend/boyfriend are also victims who suffer from an unimaginable trauma! Support groups are not enough. In this case we should create a safer place for our children & prevent new victims! E.g. drug squad are enforced to do their job(mhux jkunu komplici maghhom u jatulhom)
