Firstly I think it would be a good idea to give a bonus or a monthly tax exemption to those who go to work using the public transport instead of using their own car. Another idea could be to introduce flexible hour schemes for people who go to work by public transport. The current public transport routes should be revisited because in some cases the distance between stages and work locations is long. Thirdly, companies should be encouraged to introduce their own van transport for workers.
Work from home can be done by many professionals and workers. This will reduce the need to travel daily to work, thus reducing traffic on our roads. Employers will benefit through reduced office over head costs (electricity consumption, office space etc).
