Presently, people in every village or town are in the dark when the VOTES are going to be handed out. What I suggest : every police station should ISSUE a DAILY MEMO (and updated daily, of coarse) giving the STREET or STREETS where the subject votes are going to be handed out in that PARTICULAR DAY. ANY person can call or look up that information and make it easy for the individual/s to PLAN TO BE HOME in that particular day...and avoid undue hassle, worries....etc later
