Rebuild Gozo's main arterial roads

This is a good proposal: all roads lead to Victoria! But too much traffic goes through and not to the town, the internal streets of which were built for horse carts not for cars, much less for trucks and lorries and heavy construction vehicles. Therefore, I suggest a Victoria Ring-Road or Bye-Pass for through traffic and heavy vehicles.
