All bumper to bumper collisions must be tackled immediately. Every driver must have camera or a phone with a camera at hand. As soon as a bumper to bumper collision occurs each driver takes his own photos and the cars are immediately removed from the scene to allow traffic to flow. Bumper to bumper forms can then be filled in with cars out of the way. All photos are to be submitted with filled in forms.
