Make it illegal for appointments/employment contracts for govt/authority personnel to include golden handshake clauses.
Because this is a blatant abuse by governments to thank their cronies even if they had been working against the people. Moreover all promotions and new jobs given up to 6 months before the election would not be respected but would need to pass a test post election
