To avoid traffic, we can arrange alternative routes

There are some alternative route that can resolve or reduce the dramatic traffic problem. If we arrange that, and we educate drivers to use those, I think, specially on traffic peak, we can alleviate this dramatic situation. For example, we can go from birkirkara to Swieqi / tal-Ibraġ, via Għargħur, instead bypass plus regional road.
