Let's Embrace Practcality and Common Sense

To answer the question specifically, the only sensible way to transition our community to sustainable, environmentally friendly, reliable base load 24/7, low cost electricity is to come up with a new technology. To do that we need to stop the negative/regressive doomsday rhetoric, scaring the hell out of our children and adopt positive/progressive views like facilitating the best we have available for our children, nurturing their brilliant young minds in a positive way, so they can see a future

Points

New technology may be the answer. Is the new technology using Nuclear (I think maybe yes). Can we improve the efficiency of using Nuclear over time? Yes but lets not get too far ahead of ourselves it is still illegal to have nuclear in Australia. Then again is the new technology to reduce the impact of batteries and solar panels on the environment. It is a good point and over time technology should reduce damage to the environment/ atmosphere whichever way we go.
